Data processed
The app processes files and indexes on the connected drive locally. If you enable an online AI feature, the prompt and only the photo, audio, file, or text excerpt needed for that request may be transmitted through Datotek's backend to Google Gemini. The data is used to provide the requested feature, not for advertising or cross-app tracking.
You provide your own Google Gemini API key. The key is stored in secure storage on your device, sent to Datotek's backend only over encrypted HTTPS when an AI request needs it, and used transiently to authenticate that request with Google Gemini. Datotek does not store the key in its database, request history, or application logs. You can remove it in App Settings at any time. Google applies usage, quota, billing, and API terms to the Google Cloud project associated with your key.

Your choices
You may refuse or revoke online AI processing and continue using supported local features. In the app, open AI data & privacy and choose Delete cloud data to remove Datotek-held cloud index records associated with that app installation. You may also email us to request access or deletion.
Service providers
Google Gemini processes online AI requests using the API key and Google Cloud project you provide. Network and hosting providers may process limited connection and security information. Their handling is subject to their applicable terms and privacy commitments.

AI 指令與請求內容僅作即時處理，回應完成後不由達多保存為聊天紀錄；暫存的生成或代理產物最多保存 24 小時；選用的後端硬碟索引於最後更新後最多保存 30 天；有提交的硬碟健康服務紀錄最多保存 90 天；安全與技術日誌採限量輪替，標準 App 日誌不記錄指令本文或上傳檔名。
使用者可拒絕或撤回線上 AI 處理，並繼續使用支援的本機功能。請在 App 的「AI 資料與隱私」選擇「刪除雲端資料」，或寄信至 [email protected] 提出查詢或刪除要求。

本アプリは、接続されたドライブ上のファイルとインデックスを主に端末内で処理します。オンラインAI機能を許可して使用する場合、その処理に必要な入力内容と選択した写真、音声、ファイル、またはテキストの抜粋が、Datotekのバックエンドを経由してGoogle Geminiに送信されることがあります。広告やアプリ横断トラッキングには使用しません。
利用者自身の Google Gemini API キーが必要です。キーは端末の安全な領域に保存され、AI リクエスト時に暗号化された HTTPS で Datotek のバックエンドへ送信され、そのリクエストの Google Gemini 認証にのみ一時利用されます。Datotek はキーをデータベース、履歴、アプリケーションログに保存しません。App 設定からいつでも削除できます。利用量、割り当て、料金、API 条件はキーに関連付けられた Google Cloud プロジェクトに適用されます。
